About This Product

■ performance ABBO (α-BAB2O4 is a single-axis crystal that has a wide range of permeability, from 190 nm to 3,500 nm, has a large multiple reflexion (negative). Especially crystals with excellent UV and high-output UV light. It also has excellent mechanical characteristics. Because of the fact, it is suitable for manufacturing high -power UV polarized lights. It is similar to the characteristics of β-BBO used in nonlinear crystals, but ABBO crystals have no nonlinear optical characteristics. ABBO's crystal structure is not recommended for NLO processes because it has no nonlinear characteristics due to its center symmetry. There is also a characteristic that it is more moisture absorption than B-BBO (has moisture absorption). ■ Characteristics ・ 85%high UV transmittance ・ Large double bending ・ High damage value ・ Stable physics/mechanical characteristics ■ Manufacturing It is mainly produced by Chinese optical crystal manufacturers. The α-BBO crystal is used for various prisms, the Granteie polarized light, the Grantomson, and the walk-off beam splitter. Especially in high -output UV polarized lights, it is an excellent crystal that replaces car sites, TIO2, Linbo3, etc.
