■ Pulselessness
The chemical gear pump GM-J type is equipped with an automatic gas-removing circuit that forcibly discharges gas in the pump chamber in addition to the valbres structure, so there is no need to worry about gas locks. In addition, due to the internal gear method, there is extremely low pulsation, and no sphere of pulseless suppression, such as an air chamber, is not required.
■ Wide flow rate
By installing a commercially available inverter motor, the flow rate of 500: 1 or more is secured for one unit depending on the back pressure condition. By controlling the flow rate, a quantitative injection with more than 10 times the conventional quantitative pump is realized.
■ Excellent life cycle cost
Uses ceramic gear, ceramic axis, and side plates with excellent wear resistance. There is almost no exhaustion of parts.
