Cardinal cell contraction / sarcomere / CA automatic measurement system multi -cell system (MulticeLL system)
It is the latest device of Ionoptix. It is now possible to automatically detect cells and get data in high -loops, while keeping the modern Myocyte System function.
Users can focus on research without having to do data acquisition.
Multicell system (Multicell System) has a built -in high -resolution camera, so no microscope is required. Since this camera is attached to the high -speed XY stage, it can instantly detect cells and measure shrinkage, sarcomere, and CA ratio regardless of the direction of cells.
Cardiological contraction measurement
The brightness value of the image acquired by the CCD camera is doubled, the point where there is a difference in brightness value is detected, and the shrinkage value is measured.
Sarcomere measurement
The luminance of the light and dark part of the sarcomer crest is displayed, and the change in the waveform at the time of shrinkage is highly foulier, and the value is measured.
Rethiorometric CA fluorescent measurement
Calcium fluorescent measurement is performed from the value of 340nm, 380nm, 340/380nm by the ratiometric method.
