About This Product

Ionoptix's sea pace system (C-PACE EM) is a system that can be cultured in cells while giving electrical stimulation by a protocol set on the main unit (C-PACE EM) using a carbon electrode (C-DISH) that complies with a general-purpose culture dish. The main unit has a built -in power board, but up to eight power boards can be added, and electrical stimulation to cells is possible with a different protocol for each power board (every dish). The effect is seen by electrical stimuli to the following cells. Cardiomial cells, IPS cardiomyocytes, skeletal muscle cells, C2C12, smooth muscle cells, etc. C-PACE EM is a multi-mode and multi-channel cell electrical stimulator designed to stimulate a large amount of cells in the culture incubator and extend mechanically. C-PACE EM has all various electrical physiological functions, such as constant changes in the conventional C-PACE EP, interpretation of periodic offbeats, and programmable frequency changes. In addition, the EM version can control the C-Stretch Electric Machine Stimulation Unit and C-DISH electrode assembly. The control software "C-PACE NAVIGATOR" is included, and USB communication is possible. Combine a cell culture system by combining with C-Dish, C-Stretch, or both. A programmable multi -step sequence protocol allows you to set pacing and stretching steps and is useful for exercise protocols. As an electrical stimulus, it gives a dual compatibility stimulation and greatly reduces electrolysis in electrodes. C Pace EM designs a flexible pacing protocol in response to the requests of researchers who want to find out the effects of arrhythmias and exercise protocols during culture. Gate output and AUX output can enhance the functionality when used as an acute pacer.
