Completely automatic extension for metal tension test for metal tests
The instrument consists of an extension detection device built on the stretched platform installed on the back of the tensile test machine, an extension operating display device, and an extension control device. The extension detection device evacuates behind the test machine when the growth is not measured, and does not have a tensile test failure.
When the stretching is performed, the stretched detection device stretches, slides on the meter, and stops at the test one point, and the tip of the stretched arm is touched on the target part of the test piece.
At the same time as the tensile test starts, the upper and lower two -point stretching tip that touches the test piece is in real time by following the stretching of the test piece and detecting the amount of movement with pulse.
The extension button or the test broke to break the extension arm is separated from the test piece, and the detection device evacuates to the back and the stretching is terminated.
･ The target distance can be set arbitrarily from the touch panel or outside.
･ If the growth is not required, it will be automatically evacuated behind the test machine.
･ It can be measured until the test break.
