About This Product
This unit is a compact desk -type electric twisting test machine for detection such as the cracking of the ultra -fine linear, no driving, and twisting surface.
There is a TO-202 type that only has a regular twist, and a TO-202R type that automatically repeats the converter and reversal.
Structure and features
-The fixed -side chuck device, which can be adjusted in accordance with the length of the test piece, and a rotating chuck device that gives a twist to the test piece by electric driving, is attached to the top surface of the sliding base.
･ Settings and number of test conditions can be easily set on the touch panel.
-The tension can be set freely by moving the weight on the lever, and a certain tension can be given until the test break.
･ The twist speed can be set arbitrarily.
･ Even in ultra -fine steel wire and piano wire of φ50 μm, our unique special chuck can ensure core and chaucking, so you can get a reliable result with less variations in the test results.
