In this equipment, the detection head equipped with a high -precision CCD camera tracks the displacement between the specified marks in tensile tests such as wire rope and fiber rope, and from the start of the test to the broken rope.
It is an automatic system that can measure the displacement of in non -contact and output the growth rate as soon as the test is terminated.
･ Because the stretched sensor is non -contact with the test body, it is safe even if the test body is scattered at the time of break.
･ Unmanned and accurate growth is detected from tensile test start to broken.
･ The target part during the test will be enlarged to the monitor screen.
･ The “load-extension line map” is displayed in real time along with the load data measured by the test machine, and the “growth rate” and “Young coefficient” are required immediately after the test.
In this system, there are two mobile stages equipped with a camera on the driving rail installed in parallel with the tensile direction of the test machine.
The difference in the amount of movement of these two cameras, that is, the difference between the two marks, is measured as the primary growth amount.
