About This Product
This unit is a highly versatile digital analog labeled all -purpose test machine developed for the purpose of testing such as the tensile, compression, and bending of various materials and products.
In particular, Maekawa's unique front open -minded chaucking mechanism is outstanding in improving the workability of the test units and detachment, the prevention of mistyacs, and the grabbing condition until the end of the exam.

By adopting a completely open -open chuck holder, the test piece of chucking can be done with one touch, and there is no mistake in attaching the test piece, and the condition can be monitored until the end of the test.
･ Equipped with automatic hydraulic chaucking devices
The adoption of an automatic hydraulic charcing device ensures that the test piece is chaucking, and the installation and removal of the test piece is significantly reduced.
･ Before insert type chuck claw
It is only necessary to replace the nail part for a wide -sized test piece, lightweight and increases work safety.
･ Analog drive of the test skills guidelines
The guidelines are analog drive mechanisms by DC motors, so they display the true test power smoothly.
･ Easy -to -read digital analog double display
The fine movement during the test is an analog guideline, and the detailed test power can be monitored in digital display. Of course, the test results will be displayed by digital value up to the next exam with the maximum value.
･ Press button test column switching
The test column can be switched one touch by the light lighting button. In addition, the range switching during the test is also possible.
･ One lever operation by slide control pulb
You can remain subtle load speed control at will with one lever.
･ Crosshead of center hall structure
There is a penetrating hole in the center of the upper and lower crosshead, so a long tensile test for long tests is also possible.
･ Connection with external computers is also OK (optional)
RS -232C interface can be transmitted to external computer
･ External output of measurement data
The testing power can be output to the analog signal (DC5V/notification range), so you can record with a recorder/data logger.
