UD tape (thermoplastic resin) can be continuously welded with high bonding strength instead of spot welding to metal materials such as aluminum.
■ CFRTP parts continuous welding
The unique ultrasonic use method allows you to continue CFRTP continuously.
■ CFRTP-UD Tape Playup
By partially laying up the UD tape to the PA substrate, you can significantly improve the strength. At the interface of UD tape weld, the UD tape and the resin of the base material are fused.
