About This Product
Our UV LED products include air -cooled and water -cooled UV LEDs, and we have a wavelength, output, and lamp head size for various applications. We use such UV LEDs to propose and design the best UV -curing process for customers.
■ Overview
LEDs have no infrared radiation, so the application using UV LEDs is increasing depending on existing and new markets. It is possible to irradiate substrates that are vulnerable to heat. Depending on the appropriate light and wavelength, safe and fast curing is possible. In addition, since the LED does not require warm -up, the LED lamp head can be turned on/off instantly as needed, so it has excellent work efficiency.
Depending on your process, the UV LED installed requires air -cooled or water -cooled cooling. In the water -cooled type, high -power solutions are possible to challenge the industrial environment, and the air -cooled type is easy to install and faster.
