About This Product
PID technology uses a lamp with known photon energy in the vacuum UV (VUV) area.
The illuminated energy from the lamp is used for the purpose of light ionized ionization with the iontized potential, which is lower than the photon energy. A typical optical ionization detector can measure volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and other gas at the PPB level from PPM.
Heleus has a group of PID lamp products with the highest level of performance in terms of strength, spectrum purity, and long life. We have two types of dc excitation lamps and RF excitation lamps, providing various excitation gas and window materials. There is also a standard power supply.
