■ The shape of the heater tube
Heleus Noble Light's heater tube uses a unique quartz glass twin tube. This shape has a very good mechanical strength, so you can lengthen the heater. So far, we have a record of 6.2 meters of medium -infrared heaters.
The glass tube uses high -purity transparent quartz glass. The transparency of infrared rays is high, it is thermal stability, it protects the filament due to a convection heat loss to the outside air, and there is no thermal unevenness within the effective length.
■ Uniquely reflected film technology, gold remorse frector
The factor that contributes much more efficiently with infrared heaters is irradiation efficiency. The important point is "how much infrared light emitted from the light source can directly irradiate the target object." Heleus Noble Light's infrared heater has a "gold reflective film", achieving a 95%irradiation efficiency of 95%. This technology gives you high heating efficiency.
Filament
Filament materials include a good line, tungsten, and carbon. It is a filament material suitable for the target wavelength area, designed and proposed a customer specification heater and unit.
