About This Product
It is a high -performance safety device that uses laser rays and can freely set the area. As a solution to risk assessment, it is installed in the danger source and area in the factory.
■ Overview
Laser pulse is transmitted from the sensor inside the S3000, and the pulse reflects on the object and returns to the S3000. The distance is accurately calculated by this time difference. (Laser class 1) Scanning so that the rotating mirror inside the S3000 covers the 190 degree range.
As soon as the sensor detects people and objects within the protective range, the sensor sends a signal for stopping. (If the human body is entered within the range, the monitoring time is different, so the signal is issued.) The restart interlock settings can be set with dedicated software, manual reset, and auto reset setting.
■ Range settings
You can set free areas such as range setting protection and warning on your computer. Set freely with a maximum protective area of 55m (stop), a maximum warning area of 20m, and a maximum detection area of 49m.
If the dangerous area is changed, the software re -programming allows you to easily change the protection range. The area shape is free
