Especially required for hydraulic press
■ Safety block
･ Use as a stick between the bolster and the slide to prevent the slide from falling unexpectedly when working with a part of the body in the molded, adjustment, etc. (When using a safety block, the plug comes off, so the operation circuit is blocked and driving operations cannot be performed).
･ Power press mechanical structure standard Article 6 (Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare Notification No. 116)
The power press must have an interlocking machine to prevent the slide from falling suddenly, and to ensure that slides cannot be activated during the use of the safety block.

Power press machine structure according to Article 6, basically, the press machine must have safety blocks, safety plugs, key locks, etc. (Exemption rule = Article 33 of structural standards)
■ Safety plug
･ Use it instead of a safety block when it is not possible to use a safety block when the type mounting area or the die height is small (the same effect as the key lock). It is set up for each operation station, and when it is off, driving operations cannot be performed.

Machine presses other than press brakes can be used as safety plugs or key locks, regardless of the provisions of Article 6, regardless of the provisions of Article 6, with a length of less than 1,500 mm or less than 700 mm in each side of the bolster. The safety plug set forth in the preceding paragraph must be provided for each operation station.
