It is not a safety device acquired by the certification. ■ Overview The safety auxiliary device LB100 for the press brake detects the finger by the laser rays of the single optical axis. The laser rays emitted from the laser floodlight are received by the light receiver. The safety relay in the control box is activated by blocking the laser rays between the laser floodlight and the light receiver. Suddenly stop the slide of the press brake by connecting the output signal of the safety relay to the press brake stop circuit. However, the fact that the slide is actually stopped is performed by the function of the press brake. Set the light axis of the laser rays to the location of 2 to 3 mm from the top of the material (front side). In the case of a hydraulic type, the slide of the press brake stops when the laser rays are shielded when descending at high speed. If the slide of the press brake is low -speed descent and the gap is 6 mm or less, the laser rays are invalid, and even if the laser rays are shielded, the slide does not stop, so bending can be performed. (Half -speed invalid) Also, if the slide rises, the slide does not stop even if the laser rays are shielded (rising). (Please contact us as it depends on the hydraulic circuit. In the case of a mechanical type, the detection is set according to the angle.) It is possible to attach a ray bypass circuit as an option. If the ray bypass circuit is suddenly stopped at a high speed descent, press the operation preparation button (optional) in the driving preparation box will be released.
