■ Overview
･ Laser light and four light receiving points create a protective zone (area) to protect the worker's hands and fingers.
The laser light irradiated from the floodlight reaches the laser receiving point of the light receiver, creating a protective area for the front detection zone and the central detection zone. These two detected areas protect the worker's finger. By selecting two driving mode 1 and 2 on the operation box, you can smoothly perform the processing work. The press brake stops suddenly when the central detection zone is shielded during high -speed closed operation.

･ Disable during closed operation
In the high -speed closing operation, each zone operates effectively, and the press stops suddenly by blocking the detection zone (light receiving point). Set the lighting point of the detection zone directly below the upper type by closing the operation so that the speed of the press is switched to a low -closing speed (10mm/s or less) before detecting the material. When the speed is switched to a low -closing speed, all the light receiving points are invalidated. All light receiving points in the closing process must be low closed speed (10 mm/s or less).
