About This Product

Robo Is a 3D radar safety system using LBK-S01 Smart Radar Sensor. It consists of a sensor and a control box, and can prevent the device from restarting and stops by simply connecting the safety output of the device. ■ Features ・ Easy installation. The robobo-safe is composed of LBK-S01 sensors and Komori's unique control box, and can be operated simply by connecting to the output of the control device, so it is easy to install. The detection zone settings can also be set on the application on the application. ・ It functions even in environments that are difficult to use with optical sensors and laser sensors. The LBK-S01 sensor is a sensor system that is less susceptible to environment such as smoke, dust, cut powder, splash, etc. Optical equipment often breaks down due to dust, smoke, water or waste generated in the manufacturing process. We have developed and adopted a sophisticated 24GHz radar algorithm that reduces misgate and improves productivity under these environmental conditions. ・ Up to 6 sensors can be connected Up to 6 LBK-S01 sensors can be configured. The maximum distance to be monitored is 4m (the distance from the controller to the sensor is up to 30m), a wide detection distance and a narrow detection distance. Programable mute function: Configure a sensor group and stop the group's sensor function on the program.
