Model Description
The cells under culture can be extended; it is compatible with the setup of a microscope and works by adding a stress load to the cells that proliferate in the culture.
The cells in a single chamber are extended simultaneously in one direction while enabling imaging before and after extension. Real -time imaging is possible at a 10x magnification.
64 programmed extension pattern saves the valuable time for researchers and surprisingly easy to begin experiments.
The mechanical stretch unit of the system operates in the incubator on the upper microscope, and the control unit and video output are placed outside.
The extension of both sides of the chamber allows the cells to stay in the display area of 10 times in real time. To capture images with a maximum resolution (up to 40 times), you need to temporarily turn off the motor.
