The microArch (R) P150 is BMF's entry-level microscale 3D printing system. A high resolution of 25μm is achieved at an affordable price. As higher printing precision is required, BMF has developed a unique stereolithography technology called PµSL (Projection Micro-Stereolithography) based on the DLP method. In PμSL, like general stereolithography (DLP), printing is done by repeatedly curing the resin with UV light. Precise control of the projection lens enables resolution from a few micrometers to hundreds of nanometers.
