Water sealed vacuum pump and compressor
BUSCH's robust watering vacuum pump and compressor. This series has been used in this series of long -standing experience and continuous development of water sealing technology. It is substantially provided by the proven operation principle. This is especially useful for affected gases and harmful gas. It is a perfect solution for severe applications. For example, saturation gas and beeper exhaust corresponds to this.
The Dolphin series has a variety of sizes and compositions, such as a one -stage and two -stage type, a configuration that is assembled on a motor -connected or a base plate, a vacuum pump or a compressor.
Operating principle
A one -stage or two -stage water sealing vacuum pump and compressor.
In the housing with an appropriate amount of sealing solution, the irregularly installed impeller rotates. The impeller blade is immersed in the sealing solution and forms a so -called liquid ring in the housing with the centrifugal force obtained by rotation. The sucking gas is captured and transferred in a space surrounded by blade and liquid ring. By rotating the implanted impeller in the eccentric position, the volume of this space changes, and gas suction, compression, and exhaust are performed. In the one -stage version, the compression is executed once. In the two -stage version, the sucking gas is compressed again and reaches a higher vacuum level. It can be operated as a compressor.

It can be used in all fields in the industry due to the proven operation principle. We can respond to strict conditions such as saturated steam without any problems. Various sockets can be used according to process conditions.

You can select Dolphin La/LB, which is optimal for the process, depending on the size development that has been studied for many years, a wide range of shaft seal options, accessories and material choices. Dolphin La is a one -stage type, and Dolphin LB is a two -stage vacuum pump with higher vacuum degree.
