・ Special specifications are possible for motors, couplings, and base plates.
・ Improvement type for continuous operation
・ The noise level is the lowest in the vacuum pump with 60 to 66db (a).
・ The VZ110/140/180 series has the same mounting dimensions as the VH series and is compatible.
