■There is no need to install a gauge on the measurement target, and measurement can be performed with one touch, greatly reducing measurement preparation time.
The friction-type torque sensor system FGDH-3A measures the torque generated on a rotating shaft and transmits digital data wirelessly. Since the 2.4GHz band is used for the wireless band, communication distance is long and the installation of the receiving antenna is easy. Installation of the sensor is as simple as inserting the shaft and tightening with screws. In addition to the applicable shaft diameters of φ20 to 30 mm, we also have a lineup of friction type torque sensor systems FGDH-3A-30/40 and FGDH-3A-40/50 that support large diameters of φ30 to 40 mm and φ40 to 50 mm. It is also compatible with large diameter drive shafts such as.

■Uses friction type gauge
General strain gauges require preparation for gluing and wiring of lead wires. Friction type gauges do not require adhesives, so sensors with built-in friction gauges can be installed on the shaft much easier.

Due to its power-saving design, when the receiver is turned off, it automatically enters sleep mode. Reduces battery consumption and increases operating time
