About This Product
TESTO 191-P1 is the perfect logger for the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries required for retort foods, beverage cans, canned sterilization processes, high-voltage steam sterilization, and pressure monitoring of the freezing drying process. Ideal for airtight tests or pressure checks for auto crave and frozen dryer.

The main unit uses SUS316L, and the battery housing uses a high -performance resin PEEK, which has excellent heat and abrasion resistance.
Battery replacement is easy. Turn it without a tool, install it, and remove it in just 30 seconds.
High precision: Absolute pressure is possible, ideal for airtight tests or pressure checks for auto craves and frozen dryers in high -voltage steam sterilization and freezing drying processes.
The housing of the logger body uses SUS316L, which has excellent heat resistance and pressure.
The battery housing uses a PEEK (polyethel ether keton) housing with excellent heat and wear resistance.

There are two types of batteries, which can be replaced according to the space at the installation location. When attached to the main unit, the battery (large) is 25mm high, and the battery (small) is 7mm. Use a low-temperature correspondence (-50 ° C) battery (large) when measuring with a frozen dryer.
The case (small) is an interface for connecting to a PC in addition to storing eight data loggers.
It is possible to efficiently set the measurement conditions and the data extraction after measurement.
PRO Software for Testo 191 (sold separately. Model number: 0554 1911) allows you to set the Testo 191 series and read data.
If you set conditions such as temperature, time, and pressure in the high -pressure steam sterilization, freezing drying process, you can check whether the actual measurement value satisfies the conditions.
The measurement data can be exported in CSV and PDF format.
