About This Product
Testo 190 -P1 -CFR PART11 compatible pressure data logger is ideal for airtight tests or autoclaves and autocollarized pressure checks in high -pressure steam -sterilization and freezing drying processes in the pharmaceutical industry.

-The main housing uses SUS316L, and the battery housing uses a high -performance resin PEEK, which has excellent heat and wear resistance.
Battery replacement does not require tools, turn the battery and install it in just 30 seconds.
There are two types of batteries, which can be replaced according to the space at the installation location. When attached to the main unit, the battery (large) is 25mm high, and the battery (small) is 7mm. Use a low-temperature correspondence (-50 ° C) battery (large) when measuring with a frozen dryer.
The case (small) is an interface for connecting to a PC in addition to storing eight data loggers.
It is possible to efficiently set the measurement conditions and the data extraction after measurement.
21 CFR Part 11 compatible with CFR PART11 compatible with CFR Part 11 (model number: 0554 1901) can set and read data.
If you set conditions such as temperature, time, and pressure in the high -pressure steam sterilization, freezing drying process, you can check whether the actual measurement value satisfies the conditions.
The measurement data can be exported in CSV and PDF format.
Testo 190 software supports CFR Part11, so it has a function that can output electronic signatures and audit trails.
Excellent ease of use on each stage: Multifunctional cases can not only store eight data loggers, but can also create and read programs at the same time. There is no need to prepare a reading device separately, and you can save time.
21 If you use a dedicated software TESTO 190 CFR software (sold separately) according to the 21 CFR Part 11, you can create and read a data logger program on your PC, and also evaluate the measured value. The software considers the structure that is easy to grasp the whole, and intuitively navigates the process.
