About This Product
T-DUX, a water stop valve for empty pipelines and multi-strand cable conduits, is a sealing material used for water-stopping and airtightness of communication cables.
■Features
-Wrap a specially processed bag in the gap between the conduit and cable and inflate it with gas to stop water.
・Easy and quick installation, easy removal
- Can be installed even when water is flowing out of the duct, making it ideal for pipes with water flow.
・Independent of duct and cable ellipticity, applicable to most types of ducts
・No resin or foam required
・Lifespan: Maintains water stop performance with water pressure of 5m for over 20 years
・Can be used even under harsh conditions such as acid, alkali, salt, mold, etc.
■T-DUX enforcement method
・Apply lubricant to the butyl rubber on the T-DUX surface
・Wrap T-DUX around the cable and insert it into the duct
・Inject carbon dioxide gas into T-DUX using a special tool
・Pull out the tube for carbon dioxide gas injection and complete
