■Description
The VRE104 series precision voltage reference provides an ultra-stable +4.5V output with an initial accuracy of up to ±0.8mV and a low temperature coefficient of 1.48ppm/°C over the military temperature range. These references are specifically designed for use with Crystal Semiconductor's family of successive approximation analog-to-digital converters (ADCs).
This series of ADCs sets a new standard in temperature drift, but it is only as good as the external reference used. Combining the VRE104 with an ADC provides the lowest drift data conversion.
The VRE104 series is available in two operating temperature ranges, -25°C to +85°C and -55°C to +125°C, and two performance grades. All devices are housed in a 14-pin hermetic ceramic package to ensure long-term stability. Additionally, the "M" version has been screened for high reliability and quality.
The VRE104's excellent stability, accuracy, and quality make it ideal for any precision equipment requiring a 4.5V reference. The high accuracy of the VRE104 can also be applied to high precision test and measurement equipment and transducer testing.
