■Description
The VRE102 is a high-precision voltage reference that provides an ultra-stable ±10V output over the entire military temperature range with an initial accuracy of ±1.0mV and a temperature coefficient of 1.09ppm/°C. This increased accuracy is achieved through a unique multi-point laser correction technology. Other performance parameters such as initial accuracy, warm-up drift, line regulation, and long-term stability have been significantly improved, making the VRE102 the most accurate and stable 10V reference.
The VRE100/102 is available in two operating temperature ranges: -25°C to +85°C and -55°C to +125°C, and two performance grades. Two operating temperature ranges of +125°C and two performance grades are available. All devices are housed in a 14-pin hermetic ceramic package for maximum long-term stability. Additionally, the "M" version has been screened for high reliability and quality.
With excellent stability, accuracy, and quality, this reference is ideal for precision applications such as A/D and D/A converters, precision test and measurement equipment, and transducer excitation.
