About This Product
The "PRO" series is a spring testing machine designed to automatically evaluate spring characteristics and handle spring testing under all conditions. This machine is a tabletop type dedicated to minute loads that can measure a minimum resolution of 0.01mN. For load measurement and length accuracy, we bring together the measurement technology we have cultivated over many years to provide high functionality and precision with traceability.
Features
■Overwhelming ease of use
Setting the test conditions is completed by simply pressing the large, well-positioned buttons in accordance with the flow. It has been designed to be easy for anyone to operate, and has been praised by many users as being much easier to use than conventional spring testing machines.
■Measurement items for various automatic tests
Automatic testing of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd stage loads can be performed with a single measurement, and it is also possible to obtain the spring constant, free length, initial tension, contact height, and peak load at the same time. It is possible to judge the tolerance of each measurement item, and if it is NG, you will be notified with a sound or a print function.
■Register the product number and start testing immediately
The product number registration function (up to 100 items) allows you to memorize test conditions and standard tolerances, allowing you to immediately perform tests by recalling them.
■Compliant standards
Conforms to class 0.5 (highest grade) of JIS B 7738 "Coil Spring Compression and Tensile Testing Machine".
■Safety design
In the event of an overload, the motor will stop driving and notify you with sound and light. *Overloading may damage the load cell. Also, overload stop does not function in areas other than the load detection part.
■Multilingual support
It supports four languages: Japanese, English, Chinese (simplified), Chinese (traditional), and Korean, and can be switched by operating the test machine.
■3 grades available to suit your needs
・Basic "B" type that allows general spring compression and tension tests to be performed by specifying displacement and determining load.
- In addition to the above, the special "S" type is useful for spring development, as it can determine the displacement of a specified load.
- High grade "H" type with the highest length accuracy and capable of step testing in addition to "S" functions.
