About This Product
■Summary
By inserting the base material into the tube and shrinking it by heating, it is possible to impart the characteristics of PTFE to the surface of the base material. We also accept covering construction.
■Applications
・Copier roll cover
・Sheathing of communication cables and power cables
・Coating for connectors, terminals, etc.
■Features
・Heating with a heat gun will cause uneven shrinkage. We recommend even heating in an electric furnace.
・As a guideline for processing conditions, heat at 350℃ for about 10 minutes. (Actual temperature varies depending on the furnace body)
・Increasing the processing temperature will shorten the processing time, but please note that it will be more likely to break.
・Depending on the material of the mating material, discoloration may occur. When shrinking, please check the heat resistance temperature of the other material before use.
