About This Product
The IH servo drive pack is a compact, energy-saving, low-noise hydraulic device that integrates an AC servo motor, bidirectional rotary piston pump, reservoir, and hydraulic control circuit. This device controls the pump discharge amount and discharge pressure by controlling the rotational speed of the servo motor. By combining this with a cylinder with a sensor and a dedicated controller, the position, speed, and pressure control system is simplified. can be configured to
■Energy saving
By operating at a rotation speed that matches the machine's required conditions (flow rate, pressure), unnecessary power loss is eliminated and energy savings are achieved. Additionally, the use of a bidirectional rotary pump eliminates the need for a directional control valve, minimizing pressure loss.
■Low noise
During pressure control, the pump rotates to compensate for internal hydraulic leakage, so the rotation is low and almost no noise is generated. Even during flow control, the rotation speed matches the machine, making it possible to achieve lower noise than conventional equipment.
■Compact
The heat generation of hydraulic oil is significantly reduced, making it possible to operate with a minimum amount of hydraulic oil equivalent to cylinder operation + α. This allows the servo motor, piston pump, reservoir, and hydraulic control circuit to be compactly integrated, resulting in savings. Realize your space. It can also be incorporated into a part of the machine.
■Digital control
The dedicated controller is software controlled and can be used in highly versatile systems. Control parameters are set digitally, with emphasis on operability and maintainability, while the user interface is equipped with analog input/output as standard.
■Optional circuit compatible
A counterbalance valve and a shutoff valve can be installed as options for the self-weight load circuit (YSD2 and YSD3 types only).
