About This Product
The 3DPIXA series is a stereo vision -type color line scan camera that simultaneously acquires height and color images. High -speed measurements with submicron accuracy are achieved at high speed by the high -resolution line sensor. We provide solutions called inline measurement with submicron accuracy for small -size electronic devices such as BGA and PCB.
■ 3D measurement of high accuracy and high -resolution
・ Stereo -type line scan camera
・ Restore the shape by catching the microtexa by taking advantage of the high resolution of the line sensor
・ Measurement of minimum horizontal 2.5µm / vertical 0.35 µm height measurement
■ High speed: line scanning + GPU
・ Scan at high speed as it is at the speed of Allpixa
・ Maintain the measurement speed according to the scan rate by processing the imported image with the GPU.
■ 3D data + color image
・ Acquired full color images and height images simultaneously with one scan
・ Achieves an advanced inspection that combines not only the shape but also the full color 2D information.
■ High brightness LED: CORONAⅡ
・ Various objects can be measured by optimizing lighting according to the object.
