About This Product
It is a three -dimensional focus line sensor that accurately measure height due to the difference in the wavelength spectrum reflected depending on the height.
■ Features
・ Ultra -high accuracy and high -speed measurement 3D focus line sensor
・ Repeated Z accuracy 50Nm, maximum speed 10kHz or more
・ 1,792 Pixel, high -resolution 3D measurement
・ Measure the surface and fault data of the transparent body at the same time
・ The glossy mirror surface can also be photographed
■ Ultra -high accuracy / high -speed 3D measurement
Precision measurement is performed with a high resolution of up to 50 nm. The maximum scan rate is 10kHz, and even in the full scan range, it corresponds to the inline test that requires a speed of 2kHz high -speed shooting.
■ 3D surface / 3D fault / 2D strength acquired simultaneously
Acquires 3D topography (3D surface data), 3D Tomography (multi -layer 3D data), and 2D strength data at the same time. It identifies the defects such as the surface or internal layer of transparent multi -layered materials, such as the glass, mobile phone display, and sealed medical packages, and interior layers inside, scratches, and foreign substances.
■ Gloss mirror surface and transparent body can be measured
High -quality scanning is possible on the surface with an opaque matte surface with ± 80 degrees and ± 20 degrees on the mirror surface. Various surface types, such as glossy mirror surface, transparent/translucent, slope, and soft porous surface, measure.
■ Measurement principle
The GOCATOR5500 series, a co -focus line sensor, obtains 3D shape data by precisely measuring the height at 1,792 points.
-The white light output from the light source is divided into thousands of consecutive wavelength spectrums through special lenses.
-The divided light changes to the lighting side depending on the wavelength. The shorter the wavelength, the closer the wavelength, and the longer the wavelength, the farther away.
・ By outputting the light source from diagonally above, and installing the lighting side to receive the reflection, the wavelength of the light receiving side changes according to the fluctuation of the height of the light reflection. It converts the height data to the height data from the wavelength detected by the light camera at the light receiving portion, and the height value is accurately measured.
Since the measurement accuracy does not depend on the intensity of the reflected light, it is possible to measure the object with a high reflective rate like a mirror surface and the surface of the material with a high transmittance without any problem.
