It converts the height data to the height data from the wavelength detected by the light camera at the light receiving portion, and the height value is accurately measured. Since the measurement accuracy does not depend on the intensity of the reflected light, it is possible to measure the object with a high reflective rate like a mirror surface and the surface of the material with a high transmittance without any problem.
