Newly imagined arc -type linear servo unit
■ Ideal for microscopic alignment operation

■ High precision
A position sensor is installed on the outer periphery, so high -resolution is obtained, and extremely high -accurate positioning is possible, for example, an R850 type, and when a sensor of 0.1 μm is installed in a radius of 0.1 μm, (2xπx0.85m) ÷ (2xπx0.85m) ÷. ■ Thin, lightweight
