About This Product
Measure real -time dissolved oxygen (do) on the production line. This sensor performs accurate, drift -free measurement in the manufacturing process. CO₂ Purity Monitor is a compact system that monitors O₂ content in the pressurized CO2 collection jurisdiction.
■ Inline oxygen sensor. No calibration on site with a smart sensor cap
The sensor cap realizes a smart connection between the sensor and the samples. You can choose the optimal sensor cap according to the application. You can easily switch the range just by replacing the sensor cap. All required calibration parameters are installed on the sensor cap.
Toolmaster® technology automatically detects sensor caps and transferring all setting parameters to sensors. After attaching the cap, you can start the inline measurement immediately.
■ Hygiene design - EHEDG certified, SIP compatible
The OXY 4100 /5100 is designed to be washed and sterilized at a maximum temperature of 130 ° C. In just a few minutes after cleaning and sterilization, it can be operated in specifications, minimizing downtime.
■ Start use by turning on power -Maximum performance with simple settings
No special training is required for the operation and setting of the device. The OXY 5100 can be easily set using PICO 3000 software, the touch screen interface of the built -in display conversion machine, or using the MPDS 5 display conversion machine.
The OXY 5100 can be easily selected according to the desired communication specifications, such as analog output (4-20 ma), modbus RTU, modbus TCP, mass, proofinet IO, Ethernet/IP, etc. The OXY 4100 transmitter has an analog output and a touch screen interface.
