■ Advanced union determination that does not overlook the crystal phase
・ In search/collation algorithms mounted on XRDANALYSIS, you can search for reference databases such as ICDD PDF databases to identify the crystal phase.
・ When the crystal phase is added, a highly residual search is performed, and a very small phase fraction can be identified reliably. Furthermore, the residue search functions when the phase is read manually (from CIF, etc.), so it is not necessary to rely only on the reference database for the assortment provision.
■ Accurate quantitative analysis even if it is a small amount
-The use of the REIT Belt Precision Options allows you to perform quantitative shared analysis and structural analysis while taking into account all the effects of the equipment and samples. Reat belt analysis can be performed for all crystal phases that can check the atomic position.
-The crystal phase can be directly taken over from the collation result of the reference database, or manually adds it from CIF, and can combine the phase from both sources.
