■ Characteristics
-The MPR series is a ultra -small piezo resistance type silicon pressure sensor that provides digital pressure values in the specified full scale and temperature range.
-The integrated circuit (ASIC) for specific applications of the substrate implementation type is comparable and compensated for the sensor offset, sensitivity, temperature coefficient, and non -linearity for a specific temperature range.
-This product is designed to fit the application for mass -produced medical equipment (consumers and non -consumers), commercial equipment, and industrial/HVAC applications.
■ Realizes small, high accuracy, and high reliability
Package contact area 5mm x 5mm, so small design, cooking appliances (cookers, co -manufacturers), home appliances (washing machines, dishwashers), medical equipment (blood pressure meters, CPAP, oxygen concentrators), and various water levels. It is used in the monitor.
