■ Characteristics
The XCL301 series is a Micro DC/DC converter with an negative voltage output with a built -in PCH driver TR. By integrating the control IC and the coil, the smaller is realized, and the power supply of space can be configured simply by adding a shot key diode and a capacitor to the external.
The operating voltage is 2.7V to 5.5V. The output voltage is set to -3.3V (accuracy ± 2.0%). The operation mode is a PFM / fixed -off -time PWM automatic switching control, and by shifting from fixed -time PWM control to PFM control during light load, high efficiency is achieved in the total load area from light load to heavy load. Ideal for equipment that emphasizes high efficiency with light load and devices that are concerned about battery life.
At the time of standby, the current consumption is reduced to 0.1 μA or less (type.) By stopping all circuits. The UVLO (Under Voltage Lock Out) function is built -in, and the input voltage is below the UVLO voltage. The UVLO detection voltage is 2.2V (Typ.).
With a built-in CL discharge function, the charge of the CL is discharged through internal resistance by turning on the internal switch between VOUT-VIN at the time of standby. With this discharge function, the output voltage can be returned to the GND level at high speed.
