About This Product

2 Channel voltage detector (with VDD separation monitoring VSEN terminal) ■ Characteristics The XCM410 series is a multi -implementation IC equipped with high accuracy and low -current voltage detectors XC6108 and XC6109. The XC6108/XC6109 is a voltage detector that uses CMOS processes and laser trimming technology to achieve high accuracy and low current consumption. One channel (VOUT1) has the separation of the sense terminal (vsen) and the power input terminal (VIN), and can monitor the voltage of another power supply. By separating the sense terminal and the power input terminal, the output can be retained in the detection state even if the voltage of the monitoring power supply is reduced to 0V. The output form is NCH Open Drain Output.
