■ Disc tension pull cut method
The CNC dry cutter series allows you to cut without refueling, cut powderless, and burrs with tension pull cuts by discs. The tension type pull -cut method is not a cutting method such as a round saw cutting method, but a clamp mold before and after the cutting part pulls (tension) on the pipe and enters the disk blade.
Depending on the entry of the knife, the thicker thickness cannot withstand the tension and breaks. At this time, the disk blade does not push the material into the inner diameter side, so there is no burr.
■ Chip -cut method
The CNC chip cutter series cuts the pipe with a chipsaw (round saw blade) type. Thick materials can be cut at high speed. You can also add a burr off machine as an option.
