About This Product

■ Compact module for the outbreak of pulsterhertz ・ Fiber binding type INGAAS terahertz antenna ・ Built -in SM/PM fiber pigtail and silicon lens ・ Wide band width> 6thz, output 70µW (typical value) ・ Used as a core component in TERAFLASH PRO and TERAFLASH SMART system Palsa Hertz occurs with cutting -edge technology: InGAAS antenna can generate 30 μW power and 6thz or more bandwidth. The Emitor/Detector Module, developed by the Frown Hoh -Hohin Rich Hertz Research Institute (Berlin, Germany), has a strip line and a dipole antenna, and is packaged with silicon lens and SM/PM fiber. These antennas are used as TERAFLASH PRO and TERAFLASH SMART core components, but can be used as individual modules.
