In the drying heating process, the effect of vacuum drying was proved in various fields. The purpose of this process is to gently dry luxury products, including water or solvent, without changing the characteristics of the product.
Drying in vacuum reduces the full pressure of the drying system so that water or solvent changes from liquid to steam at a low temperature. By aiming, adding heat and adjusting the pressure, you can optimize the drying process. Usually, a vacuum -drying system is composed of a dried oven equipped with a heating system, a vacuum pump unit and a control system for special drying processes.

PINK also provides solutions suitable for drying solvent -containing products in normal air pressure.
Convention drying oven UT-EX has an external solvent collection function that secures and accumulates solvents, and can properly dispose of it.
