In the drying heating process, the effect of vacuum drying was proved in various fields. The purpose of this process is to gently dry luxury products, including water or solvent, without changing the characteristics of the product.
Drying in vacuum reduces the full pressure of the drying system so that water or solvent changes from liquid to steam at a low temperature. By aiming, adding heat and adjusting the pressure, you can optimize the drying process. Usually, a vacuum -drying system is composed of a dried oven equipped with a heating system, a vacuum pump unit and a control system for special drying processes.

It is a certain drying technology that combines vacuum and convection.
If you have a product that requires vacuum drying, or if the thermal conductivity is low due to structure, you can combine two types of drying techniques -vacuum and convection.
PINK offers a vacuum convection system VUT that can meet this requirement. By convection of the air, the product temperature is increased to the set temperature and a vacuum state. This process is alternately executed, and the number of cycles depends on the dry behavior of the product.
