About This Product
■ Semiconductor -only design
The TCT type is an air -driven diamond pump made of fluorine resin designed for semiconductor. With the merit of the air -driven system and a variety of models, it can be widely used, for circulation of cleaning devices, transportation of CMP slurry solution, and even high -purity drug supply.
■ Significant reduction of air consumption
By changing the structural air room, air consumption has been significantly reduced compared to conventional models. You can reduce air consumption by up to 50%during high -discharge pressure operation.

■ Max. 0.7MPa high -pressure discharge
High -pressure discharge of max.0.7MPa is possible (some model). The discharge pressure is proportional to the supply air pressure, so it can be easily controlled by adjusting the air regulator.
■ Improvement of operation stability
The air switching method is spool type and electrical type. The original Looped C Spring® is adopted, and the operating stability has been significantly improved.
■ No explosion prevention measures are required
There is no need for special explosion -proof measures because it is driven by compressed air. In addition, since there is no fever due to overload, it can be used in the explosion -proof area.
■ Completely self -absorbed
There is no need to bare water in a completely self -sucking style. You can also transfer empty operation and air mixed fluid.
