We support the quality improvement, efficiency, and personnel savings of partial soldering.
■ Characteristics
・ The optimal wavelength tailored to the processing target such as high -reflection materials (copper and gold) can be selected, achieving high -efficiency and high quality soldering.
・ By setting the irradiation conditions, it can be used for various applications such as soldering and resin welding.
-The combination of transmission optical fiber and optical parts can select the optimal laser spot diameter and shape according to the processing conditions.
・ Radiation thermometer can be connected, and the overheating and burning of the work can be suppressed. (Compatible models: CB3 / CB5 / CB20 / CB1BL / CB5BL)
・ By compact design of the housing, the installation device is miniaturized and desked, regardless of the installation location.
■ Features of short wavelength (blue laser)
・ The absorption rate is several times higher than the infrared laser for the copper and gold of high -reflection materials.
・ It can be heated with low output to the soldering land.
・ There is little reflected light from the land and low damage to the peripheral parts.
■ Flexible waveform control
From the operations panel (option), 16 types of irradiation profiles can be set.
■ Laser spot shape: A variety of laser spot shapes can be selected according to the work
・ Circular beam (standard)
・ Short beam (optional)
・ 2 branch beam (optional)
・ Ring type beam (optional)
■ Burning suppression function (temperature limiter)
Connect the radiation thermometer, control ON-OFF at the specified temperature to suppress the scorching of the board. The radiation thermometer equivalent optical axic barrel (option) accurately detects the temperature of the processing point.
