・ SIGLENT's SDG1000X is a dual channel function/arbitrary waveform generator with a maximum bandwidth of 60MHz, a sampling rate of 150msa/s, and a vertical resolution of 14 -bit.
・ Unique EasyPulse technology can help solve the weaknesses in the conventional DDS generator when generating pulse waveforms.
・ The special square generator can generate a ripple of up to 60MHz at a low jitter.
・ With these advantages, SDG1000X provides various Takada real use/low jitter signal to users and responds to a wide range of demands of complex and diverse applications.

・ Sampling rate of 150msa/s, 14 -bit vertical resolution, and 16 kpts waveform length
・ Innovative EasyPulse technology that can generate a pulse waveform of a low jitter makes the pulse width, rising and falling time adjustment is widely accurate in a wide range.
・ Special circuit for the square wave function can generate a maximum of 60MHz square wave in a cycle of less than 300ps+0.05 ppm.
・ AM, DSB-AM, FM, PM, FSK, ASK, PSK, and many analog and digital modulation type
