■ Overview
SIGLENT's SDG2000X is a series of dual channel functions/voluntary waveform generators with a maximum band width of up to 120MHz, 1.2GSA/S sampling rate and 16 -bit vertical resolution specifications. When generating any square and pulse waveforms, the registered trademark TrueArb and EasyPulse technology are conventional DDS generators and help resolve their unique weaknesses.
With the above advantages, SDG2000X can provide users with various high -fi and low jitter signals. And it can meet the increasing requirements of complicated and extensive applications.
■ Characteristics
・ Dual channel, 120MHz maximum band width, 20VPP maximum output amplitude, 80dB dynamic range high -fly output
・ High -performance specimen system with 1.2GSA/S sampling rate and 16 -bit vertical resolution. Details are not lost by waveform
・ The architecture, which is an innovative TRUEARB technology, is 1 μSA/S ~ 75msa/S, supports 8PTS ~ 8MPTS ARB waveform at the sampling rate.
・ Innovative EasyPulse technology (a lower jitter square or a pulse waveform can be generated), with a wide range of accuracy by adjusting the pulse width and uphill/downhill time.
・ Many analog and digital modulation format: AM, DSB-AM, FM, PM, FSK, ASK and PWM
・ Sweep and burst function
・ High precision frequency counter
・ Standard interface: It is optional to upgrade USB devices, USB hosts, LAN (VXI-11 (support U disk storage device)), software, and GPIB ports.
・ 4.3 "Touch screen display for more simpler operation
