■ Characteristics
・ The TBCP3-1000 is a fixed opening RF current monitoring probe.
・ It features a very flat response with a 3DB bandwidth of 1 GHz, and can be used in the frequency range of 30 kHz to 1 GHz.
・ The RF current monitoring probe is 17 mm. The transfer impedance is close to 20 DB ohms within 3 MHz to 1 GHz.
・ TEKBOX provides calibration jigs corresponding to the TBCP3 series of fixed opening current probes.
