・ The TBSCP1-10M500 is an RF surface current monitoring probe and extends the TEKBOX product range, which is an affordable EMC primary test device.
・ It shows a very flat response between 10 MHz to 500 MHz, and shows the characteristics of 9 kHz to 600 MHz.
・ For RF current monitoring applications that need to measure RF current flowing on the surface of PCB ground planes, traces, metal planes and wires.
・ The installation area of the RF current monitoring probe is 40 mm x 15 mm. The transfer impedance is -5 DB ohm, with a standard 3 DB bandwidth of 10 MHz to 500 MHz.
