・ The TBCP4-500 is a fixed opening RF current monitoring probe, has a very flat response with a 3DB bandwidth of 500 MHz, and is characterized by being able to use it in the 10 kHz to 500 MHz frequency range.
・ The diameter of the RF current monitoring probe is 32 mm. The transfer impedance is close to 16 DB ohms in the range of 400 kHz to 500 MHz.
・ TEKBOX offers proofreading jigs corresponding to the TBCP4 series of fixed opening current probes.
