When measuring dew points above room temperature, the occurrence of condensation in the piping can hinder the measurement.
In order to prevent condensation, it is necessary to maintain the gas temperature in the pipe more than the dew point temperature, and generally requires an external heater or controller.
373 has solved this problem more concisely. In addition to automatic control of internal piping and measuring portion temperature, temperature is managed by connecting a heating hose to the outside.
All you have to do is connect the hose and the electrical wiring.
You can select and set whether to manage the temperature of the hose to a fixed temperature by the touch panel, or to manage it at a certain level higher than the measured dew point.
In addition, 373 is designed with more stability than other models.
The piping is electrolytically polished and joined by welding, eliminating the defects due to leaks and dead space as much as possible.
The temperature of the mirror surface is measured by two thermometers, and it is designed to be worthy of the stability of the national standard class.

Temperature, pressure, and flow rate require accurate management in strict high -precision dew points. The MBW373 has a built -in high -quality and high -performance thermometer, a pressure gauge, and a flow meter.
These highest quality sampling systems can thoroughly eliminate the out -of -the -scenes factor in the high -precision dew point measurement of the device, and to measure the highest quality dew point that thoroughly eliminates the causes of failure.
In addition, even if there is no positive pressure in the measurement tank, it is possible to measure immediately by simply connecting the tube piping to the sample gas in and out on the back of the device.
